Return Eligibility

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for any reason, as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return an Item

To begin a return, please email us at info@herrop.com. We will provide step-by-step instructions and authorize your return. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and shipped with a trusted courier. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important: Our UK office is not a return drop-off location. All returns must be pre-approved. You will receive the correct return address and shipping label after your return request is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. No restocking fees will be charged.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@herrop.com. We're happy to help.

Specific Return & Refund Conditions

  • Change of Mind: Item must be unused, undamaged, and returned within 30 days with tags attached.
  • Defective Items: Email us with photos. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged Items: Provide clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and assist you promptly.
  • Wrong Item Received: Let us know immediately—we’ll send the correct item without delay.
  • Item Not Delivered: We will investigate with the courier. If confirmed lost, you’ll receive a replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it hasn’t yet shipped by emailing us at info@herrop.com. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, please follow our return process after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we sincerely apologise. Please email us with clear photos of the item and packaging at info@herrop.com. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
