Have you found the perfect item on our website? Naturally, you’ll want to receive it as soon as possible. That’s why we prioritise fast processing and shipping on every order. At Herrop, we proudly offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom — no minimum spend required.
Delivery Information
Below you’ll find our average delivery times:
Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT), Monday through Friday, are processed the same day.
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Delivery Time: 8–11 business days (Mon–Fri)
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with a personal tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package using our Track & Trace system. You can follow your delivery through the tracking page.

Shipping Area: We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Always Free Delivery
All shipping costs are covered by Herrop. Every order is shipped free of charge, regardless of size or value.
Lost Package?
If a package is lost in transit or cannot be delivered due to logistical issues, we will always send a replacement package before applying our refund or return policy.
Non-Home or Postal Delivery
If your package is delivered to your door or local post office, the delivery cost is fully covered by Herrop. However, if the package is not accepted at the delivery address or not collected from the post office, it will be automatically returned to our supplier. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct GBP 20 from your total refund amount.
Import Duties
In rare cases, customs may inspect your package during delivery. Due to legal changes effective from 1 July 2021, this process is outside of our control. Import duties are rarely applied (fewer than 1% of cases), but if any fees are charged, please contact us — we’re here to help.
Why Isn’t My Tracking Working?
It may take 1–2 business days for the shipping carrier to update tracking information after dispatch. We kindly ask for your patience during this time.
